Your Wedding Ceremony

Our Cathedral Room is a stunning space to make your wedding vows, with its panoramic views of beautiful bushland and the golf course. Our Lounge bar and locker rooms are the ideal place for the Bridal party to relax before the ceremony.

Your Wedding Reception

From cocktail events to a sit down dinner, your guests will enjoy a delicious menu prepared by our executive chef. The dazzling views and soaring cathedral ceilings of our function rooms provide the perfect wedding reception venue.

Combining the Cathedral and Melaleuca Rooms accommodates up to 150 guests at a seated dinner, or 250 guests at a cocktail function. For a more intimate wedding, 60 guests can be catered for.

Once the ceremony, meals and speeches are over, it’s time to hit our large purpose-built dance floor. Whether you want to book a DJ or a live band, we have everything you need to celebrate your wedding.

Your Wedding, Your Style

Every wedding is unique. If you already have your own wedding suppliers in mind, from table decorations to cakes and flowers, you are welcome to bring them in.

However, if you’re not sure where to start, we have a list of local suppliers we have worked with for many years. We trust them to make your wedding day everything you dreamed.

Photographs

Cromer Golf Club offers many beautiful options for your wedding photographs in all seasons and types of weather.

Depending on the time of day, we can whisk you and your bridal party in a convoy of golf carts to various picturesque locations on the course for beautiful shots. Alternatively, there is a lovely stone courtyard in a picturesque bush setting. For indoor shots, our spacious foyer is perfect for formal photos. 

Food and Beverage Packages

We have a range of options to suit the wedding style you’ve always envisaged, the number of guests you’d like to invite, and of course the budget you are working within.

Mingle and mix at a cocktail wedding, relax and enjoy a buffet event, or impress your guests with a three-course sit down meal. We can also design a menu to suit your personal tastes or dietary needs, and we cater for children as well as adult guests.

Car Parking

We have plenty of free car parking next to the Clubhouse. Make a grand entrance with your bridal car and pull up directly outside the entrance to the Cathedral and Melaleuca Rooms.

Table Decor

Our dining room has circular tables seating eight to ten guests per table. White linen tablecloths and napkins are provided and included in all menu packages. We offer some decoration options for hire, or alternatively you may wish to bring in your own.
