Operating under the management of the Club, the Pro Shop is committed to providing outstanding service, expert advice and a welcoming space that members can rely on every time they visit.
Led by Director of Golf Lauren Sheils, our Pro Shop team takes pride in getting to know our members and understanding their individual needs. From a friendly greeting before your round to personalised advice on equipment or game improvement, our focus is on creating a positive, supportive experience that enhances your enjoyment of the Club.
Members have access to a wide range of golf equipment, apparel and accessories from leading brands, with knowledgeable staff on hand to offer honest, practical guidance. Whether you’re investing in your first set of clubs or fine-tuning your current equipment, we are here to help and are always happy to source specific items upon request.
Custom club fitting is an important service offered to our members, delivered by our PGA Professionals. With access to demonstration clubs and on-course or practice fairway testing, fittings are designed to ensure your equipment is perfectly suited to your game.
The Pro Shop also offers a convenient club repair and regripping service. From regripping and shaft replacements to general club maintenance, all work is completed by qualified PGA Professionals using high-quality components to keep your equipment performing at its best.
The Pro Shop is also the home of Cromer’s coaching and development programs. PGA-qualified professionals offer lessons and clinics for members of all ages and abilities, with a strong emphasis on improvement, enjoyment and long-term development of your game.
